Manasa Gardenia is located in Bandipalya, South Mysore. The Outer Ring Road (ORR) or popularly known as the Ring Road is a 32km long 4 lane highway like road that encircles Mysore City, except for the break at the southeast quarter, where the Chamundi Hills is located. Ring Road is a central locality in Mysore. It is surrounded by areas like BEML Nagar, VV Mohalla, Vidyaranyapuram, Siddhartha Layout, Ramakrishnanagar, J P Nagar and Chamrajpura. The area is a part of the Mysore Ring Road, which is 42.5 kilometres long and was made operational in 2012. Parts of the road are being upgraded to four lanes from two. The Mysore Railway Station is 6.7 kilometres from Ring Road, via the Vishwamanava Double Road. The nearest airport is the Mysore Airport, around 12 kilometres from here. The Kempegowda International Airport, in Bengaluru, is roughly 170 kilometres away.
